Refund policy
All items are final sale. As a small, one-woman shop, I’m unable to offer returns or exchanges at this time.
Please review product descriptions and size charts carefully before placing your order. I do not offer returns or exchanges for sizing issues.
If I made an error with your order or your item arrives damaged, please reach out within 14 days of delivery and I’ll happily work with you to make it right. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition to be eligible for resolution. Please do not wash or wear the item before contacting me.
Once a return label is issued, the damaged item must be shipped within 10 days to remain eligible for a refund or replacement.
Order issues reported after 14 days of delivery cannot be accommodated.
Main Street Tourist is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are marked as delivered. Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as I am unable to make changes after an order has been placed.
